Helmet Cascade R (recommended) Must be White with White visor
Shoulder pads
Elbow pads
Gloves; White
Cup? (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Mouth guard with strap (NO white or clear)
Stick
Lacrosse/Football cleats
Optional if you play attack: Rib protection pads
Club supplies you a numbered Pinnie for practice use
